How it works

You choose what comes across. PCTwin shows you what arrived and what still needs you.

Connect

Connect the two laptops.

Open PCTwin on both laptops, on the same Wi-Fi. Your old laptop shows a name, like Blue Fox, and a 6-digit code that changes every minute. On the new laptop, pick that name and type the code. The new laptop then shows one number, and the old laptop offers three. Pick the matching number on the old laptop. That pick is what unlocks your files.

Check what is coming.

See your files, apps and settings before anything moves. Leave out what you do not need. Nothing starts until you say yes.

Pick up where you left off.

The things you use most arrive first, so the new laptop is ready to use in minutes while the rest keeps arriving. You can pause and carry on later. A clear report shows what arrived and the few things left for you, like signing in to an app.
